Is there a minimum service agreement?

My Virtual Support does not have any lock-in period, which means you can cancel your services at any time regardless of the reason - no questions asked.

What tasks should my assistant do?

The tasks would depend on what you need to accomplish. We suggest going through your day-to-day work and finding out which things you want to do to grow your business but you can no longer do it because you just don't have enough time. Some of the tasks can be:

  • Managing your leads like setting up the appropriate follow-up dates on your calendar

How do I delegate tasks to my virtual assistant?

We recommend spending time with your virtual assistant during your first week to completely transition all the tasks, and to make sure that you get systems in place.

Most of our virtual assistants have the foundation of the tasks assigned to them, but to get things started and running smoothly, it is best for you and your virtual assistant to get to know each other during the first week. This is where your virtual assistant will know how you want the work to be done, how you check the output, what your priorities are, etc.

Based on our experience, everything runs smoothly after the first week or two. By that time, you can completely rely on your virtual assistant to do all your required tasks with very minimal supervision.

How do I measure my virtual assistant's productivity?

We require our virtual assistants to send our clients two reports in a day. 

The first one is a Start of Day Report where the virtual assistant lines up his/her plans for the day, based on the tasks you assign to him/her. This allows you to know what your virtual assistant will do and add or remove tasks, based on what you need for the day.

The second email is an End of Day Report where the virtual assistants send you a list of tasks he/she accomplished for the day. This will allow you to measure his/her productivity and counter-check his/her output if needed.

We also have time trackers set up to remotely measure our virtual assistants' productivity, making sure that they are working while logged in.

How safe is my information?

We understand the risks of sharing personal information with your virtual assistant, such as login info, contact info, etc. Our company has security systems in place to remotely monitor the activities of our virtual assistants to ensure that your information is secured.

What if I am not happy with my virtual assistant?

We have a pool of highly trained virtual assistants. If you feel that you and your virtual assistant are not fit to work together for whatever reasons, we can definitely recommend another virtual assistant for replacement.

Another thing that makes us unique from our competitors is that we do not have any lock-in period, which means that at any time you feel that hiring a virtual assistant is not for you, you can cancel your services any time.
